Pelangi means rainbow in Malay, the rainbow being a symbol of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) community. PPC is a GLBT community space and resource centre located in Singapore.

We are currently hosted by DYMK Bar & Cafe. Our library has a collection of fiction and non-fiction books of GLBT interests. We open every Saturday 4pm - 8pm.
