We have a number of volunteering roles available for you to join us!
Training will be provided for non-technical roles ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍🤎
Roles available:
- Librarians
- Set up and closing the space, assisting in book loans and returns, cataloging and wrapping books
- Commitment: Monthly for 6 months minimum
- Cataloguers
- Physical stock-take of existing catalogue and update in-house database
- Commitment: Monthly for 6 months minimum
- Event Coordinator
- Support Point-of-Contact for event queries, liaise with organiser for pre to post event logistics
- Commitment: 6 months minimum
- WordPress Developer
- Work with IT Lead to enhance in-house cataloging system on WordPress, PHP experience required
- Commitment: Project-based
- Social Media Specialists
- Initiate and create Instagram and Tiktok content, assist in marketing events and library-relevant content ideally with Bookstagram experience (or willing to try)
- Commitment: 6 months minimum
