Last Saturday, representatives from 12 different local organisations working with the LGBTQ+ community attended a briefing by @tafepsg.
👉🏾 TAFEP is the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices.
🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ It was part of their ongoing community outreach and engagement efforts to help all job seekers and employees, including those from the LGBTQ+ community, understand that workplace discrimination has no place in Singapore.
⚖️TAFEP will look into all cases of workplace discrimination, even if they arise from attributes that are not cited as examples in the Tripartite Guidelines for Fair and Progressive Employment (TGFEP).
